Dark ’n’ Stormy

What you need

• Dark rum50 ml
• Ginger beer120 ml
• Fresh lime juice15 ml

Make it

1. Fill a highball with ice.
2. Add ginger beer and lime.
3. Float the dark rum on top, then stir before drinking.
